Robert Ellis established PorchLight Realty based on the simple idea that buying or selling a home should be a personal experience, not a transactional one. Whether the property in question is a first home, a long-time family home or a waterfront cottage, he gives his clients clear advice, sincere guidance, and a standard of service rooted in trust and discretion.

Robert, who lives in Coastal Bend, serves buyers and sellers in Corpus Christi, North Padre Island, Port Aransas, Mustang Island, and Flour Bluff, having special expertise in the area's luxury and waterfront property markets. As a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist, he knows what discerning buyers want and positions them to succeed by using professional, targeted pricing based on a genuine assessment of the market.

The same standard applies to the clients Robert is most proud of: veterans and military families. As a Military Relocation Professional, he is familiar with VA financing, the pressure of PCS timelines, and the support people who have served need from a broker who has been in the situation. This is a specialty for which the brokerage is known and one that Robert provides himself.
