Robert Ellis founded PorchLight Realty on a simple idea: buying or selling a home should feel personal, not transactional. Whether the property is a first home, a long-time family home, or a waterfront cottage, he gives clients clear advice, sincere guidance, and a standard of service rooted in trust and discretion.

Robert, who lives in Coastal Bend, serves buyers and sellers in Corpus Christi, North Padre Island, Port Aransas, Mustang Island, and Flour Bluff, having special expertise in the area's luxury and waterfront property markets. As a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist, he knows what discerning buyers want and positions them to succeed with professional, targeted pricing based on a genuine market assessment.

The same standard applies to the clients Robert is most proud of: veterans and military families. As a Military Relocation Professional, he knows VA financing, the pressure of PCS timelines, and the support people who have served need from a broker who has been in the situation. This is a specialty the brokerage is known for, and one Robert provides himself.
