I had called on a listing to look at a property for my parents who live in Arizona and want to move to Texas, and Sara was the agent that showed up to show us the property. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the property. The first property we looked at wasn't a good fit for my parents as they are elderly and the property was a total fixer upper before it could be occupied.
I found another property about a week later and called Sara, she was able to show me that property, and as it was such a nice property in a prime location off the lake, I knew it wouldn't last long, so we put in a bid, a few hours later Sara called and advised that the owner accepted our bid. From the first viewing, and a couple other walk throughs, to the final walk through and closing, Sara has been amazing. We are about to put our house on the market and move to the other location as my parents changed their mind about the house, and we asked Sara to be our listing agent when we do.
It was the best experience we could have asked for.
